Our training method. We are constantly evolving and improving not only what we teach, but how we teach. We know there is a lot of self-defense being taught that is unrealistic, overly optimistic, and that just doesn’t work. No fight or self-defense situation will be easy or pretty. We are realistic with our training. And our training method helps build people into well-rounded fighters.
